About Us

Thompson Alchemists is the new expansion of Thompson Chemists, a mom-and-pop style pharmacy that has been specializing in hard to find beauty products and serving the community since 1994. Our West Broadway location was forced to open its doors prematurely on Easter Sunday 2010 when our original Thompson street location was destroyed in a terrible electrical fire. All of our plans were turned upside down, literally overnight. But, 48 hours later we were operating out of West Broadway and in September the remodeling of Thompson St was completed, allowing us to move the pharmacy back. In early October we celebrated the Grand Opening of Thompson Alchemists. It was a long haul, but we are proud to be here and we hope you will come see why Thompson Alchemists is so special.
